Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise, where you'll meet your private Egyptologist guide and begin your tour.

1. Valley of the Kings

Explore the ancient royal necropolis where over 60 tombs of New Kingdom pharaohs lie, including those of Ramses II, Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Queen Hatshepsut. This site is famed for its colorful and detailed wall paintings that remain remarkably preserved.

2. Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

Visit the stunning mortuary temple of one of Egypt’s most successful rulers, Queen Hatshepsut. Built into the cliffs at Deir el-Bahari, the temple features grand terraces and is dedicated to the god Amun.

3. Colossi of Memnon

Stop to see the massive twin statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which once guarded the entrance to his long-lost mortuary temple. These statues have stood for over 3,000 years and are a famous landmark in Luxor.

Lunch and Boat Trip

4. Karnak Temple Complex

On the East Bank, explore the vast Karnak Temple—one of the largest religious complexes ever built. Dedicated mainly to the god Amun, this sprawling site is home to massive columns, sacred lakes, and the impressive Avenue of Sphinxes.

5. Luxor Temple

Conclude your tour with a visit to Luxor Temple, beautifully lit in the late afternoon. Built around 1400 BC, it was the heart of religious festivals and is dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship.
