Dahabiya – Program AHMOSE
Enjoy a 4-night cruise experience sailing from Esna to Aswan aboard a traditional Dahabiya.
Departure Days:
Cruises are available on Saturdays and Mondays.
Begin your journey with a tour of Luxor’s West Bank, including visits to the Valley of the Kings (entry to 3 tombs), the Colossi of Memnon, Hatshepsut’s Temple, and a traditional alabaster workshop.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a guided visit to the majestic Karnak Temple.
After sightseeing, transfer to Esna for check-in aboard the Dahabiya.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
After breakfast, begin your peaceful sail to El Hegaz Island.
Enjoy lunch on board during the journey.
Upon arrival, visit the local village of El Hegaz to experience authentic Egyptian rural life.
A traditional dinner will be served on the island.
Overnight on the Dahabiya.
Depart for El Kab in the morning and enjoy breakfast on board.
Visit the El Kab Tombs, carved into the cliffs of this ancient site.
Return to the Dahabiya and continue sailing to Edfu.
After lunch on board, explore the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.
Later, sail to Ramadi Village for a visit and enjoy a local dinner in the village.
Overnight stay on board.
Start the day with breakfast, then sail to Gebel El Silsila, an ancient sandstone quarry and temple complex.
After a visit to the site, return for lunch on board, then continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Explore the Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to both Sobek and Horus.
Sail on to El Sheikh Fadl Island, where you’ll enjoy a special barbecue dinner on the riverbank — a complimentary experience from the travel agency.
Overnight aboard the Dahabiya.
Sail to Aswan and enjoy breakfast on board before checking out from the Dahabiya.
Visit two of Aswan’s iconic landmarks: the High Dam and the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Guests who opt for the Abu Simbel excursion (at an additional cost) will be accommodated for one night in a hotel in Aswan.
After your final tour, you'll be transferred to Aswan Airport for departure.
